The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service professional.
You will build strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, many of whom you will deal with on a regular basis. You will ensure your delivery of customer service is first rate and the process of ordering and delivery is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism
Your responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders and managing delivery timelines
-
Responding to queries on pricing, availability, ETA’s and product details

Handling credits, invoicing queries, complaints, and order issues

Supporting the external sales team and escalating specialist requests
-
Onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate client account records
-
Communicating closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment
Some orders will be straightforward, while others may be more complex, requiring attention to detail, strong coordination, and excellent communication throughout the supply chain.
Hours: 40 hours - Mon- Fri (7am, 7:30am, 8am starting time- you choose)
About You:
You will be an engaging, solutions-focused customer service professional, preferably who previous manufacturing environment experience. (Food, ingredients etc).
You will ideally bring:

3+ years’ experience in B2B customer service

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

A positive, professional, customer-centric approach

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence working with Microsoft Office, Excel and order management systems

The ability to manage complex orders and problem-solve issues
-
A collaborative team mindset with initiative and enthusiasm
· A high level of motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative

Enthusiastic to learn about your customers’ business & their specific needs

An understanding of logistics or supply chain processes (advantageous)
