About the Role At Blush Beauty Spa Taupo, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional wellness experiences. We are looking for a dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our team. This is a versatile role where you will manage both the front-of-house experience and provide high-quality technical treatments. The role is full time & includes working Saturday and a minimum of 30 hours of work through the week. This role requires you to be drug free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment Delivery: Provide expert services including Threading, Facials, Waxing, and Massage.

  • Specialized Care: Perform traditional Ayurvedic treatments with fluency and care.

  • Reception & Admin: Manage the online booking system, handle phone inquiries, process payments, and greet clients warmly.

  • Sales & Service: Drive product sales through expert recommendations and build long-term rapport with our clientele.

  • Operations: Ensure treatment rooms are set up professionally before appointments and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness afterward.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: You must be an experienced Beauty Therapist with atleast 3 years of experience and capable of performing a wide range of treatments immediately.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Threading and Ayurvedic treatments is essential.

  • Communication: Empathetic interpersonal skills with a "proactive team player" attitude.

  • Efficiency: Ability to manage time effectively in a busy spa environment.
