About the Role
We are seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for the design, development and production of multimedia and digital content that enhances how architectural projects, design solutions and products are presented to ArchiPro users and customers.
In addition to supporting ArchiPro’s online platforms, this role will focus on improving and expanding the ways design concepts, project solutions and product information are visually communicated to clients, including the development of new presentation formats, interactive experiences and multimedia storytelling approaches.
You will work on interactive digital experiences, visual systems and multimedia assets that support client-facing presentations, platform features, website content and brand communication.
You will collaborate closely with product, development, marketing and content teams to deliver engaging, user-focused multimedia solutions that add value beyond existing presentation methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and produce multimedia content for digital platforms and client-facing use, including web-based, interactive and visual experiences that showcase architectural projects, design concepts and building products.
- Create, edit and maintain multimedia assets such as graphics, animations, motion content, digital layouts and interactive elements to improve how solutions are presented to homeowners and industry professionals.
- Develop and introduce new multimedia presentation formats and visual storytelling approaches that enhance client understanding of projects, products and design ideas beyond existing platform content.
- Design multimedia components and interface elements that support both online platform functionality and customer-focused presentations.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, prototypes and high-fidelity multimedia designs to support new features, presentation tools and visual systems.
- Work closely with developers to support multimedia implementation, technical integration and performance optimisation across platforms and presentation environments.
- Participate in user research, usability testing and ongoing refinement of multimedia and interactive experiences based on user feedback and business objectives.
- Maintain multimedia standards, templates and documentation to ensure consistency, quality and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ArchiPro’s digital experiences, supporting platform growth, customer engagement and marketing and promotional outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognised institution .
- Professional background in multimedia design, digital design, UX/UI, interaction design or a related discipline.
- Experience producing multimedia content for digital platforms, interactive systems and/or client-facing presentations.
- Strong understanding of multimedia production processes and user-centred design principles.
- Experience working collaboratively with product, development, marketing and content teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
