Mid canterbury based company is looking for Two Drivers for  class 2 to do deliveries around the local area, using tail lift and hand unloads. This is a physical job and you will get your clothes dirty. and if you do enjoy being out and doing alot of physical work this is the job for you.

 

here is what we are looking for in you

Be a team player
Must be able to drive manual transmission truck
Flexible and Available Work Shifts, including Day Shift, Night Shift
Available on weekends, 1 weekend day will be required.
Have no criminal conviction and are willing to do a drug test if
required, also be willing to take part in random drug test performed by the contracted freight company
Be punctual, reliable, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to
get the job done
Ensure that the vehicle has current COF and other compliance, you will also be making sure to keep the vehicle clean inside out and wash it regular basis.
Ensure accurate deliveries are made without damage and within the
delivery timeframe.any damage caused will be payable by the individual(by paying insurance access)
The applicant must be medically fit for the job to lift weights up to 25
KG to load/unload the parcels
Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be
driven safelyMust have Qualification of level 4-or above.we will provide training so no experiance required.

Complete all paperwork and file them including logbooks and proof
of delivery and handed to the company.
Always follow all company health and safety procedures.
The Company is an Immigration NZ accredited employer.We will
provide the training if required and will assist you to convert your
overseas license toNew Zealand license. If you fit the above criteria
