Operations Manager


We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to lead and oversee our service operations in a dynamic commercial cleaning business based in Blenheim. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing customer relations, and optimizing team service delivery. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategically drive business acquisition and retention by identifying client needs and delivering customized cleaning solutions.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage the delivery of superior client services, ensuring team adherence to high standards in cleaning services and client engagement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance, providing coaching and ongoing support.
  • Monitor team performance and execute performance improvement plans as required.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize client service processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze service performance metrics to identify gaps and spearhead improvements.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed reports on client service performance and actionable feedback.
  • Manage scheduling to ensure all client commitments are fulfilled within designated timelines.

Position Details:
    • Location: Blenheim
    • Minimum hours per week: 30
    • Hourly rate: $23.50 - $24.00
