You will provide customers with excellent sales service and maintain Branch Performance Standards. Provide a support role focusing specifically on water, wastewater, and gas (pressure systems) customers. Working in cooperation with the Water Team and the Branch Network to provide a consistently high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Be the ‘go-to' Watermain specialist person in the branch with a focus on developing customer relationships and building customer confidence through product knowledge and benefits.

• Ensure other members of the Branch Team are familiar with the unique requirements of handling Water products

• Complete administration tasks required to meet Branch Performance Standards, including taking responsibility for correct invoicing, inventory receipting, and credits.

• Ensure all areas of the Branch, including the presentation and maintenance, is of a high level as per the Branch Appearance Standards.

• Build and maintain internal relationships with procurement and demand management teams.

• Excellent Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship with both internal and external customers, and that all customers’ needs are met. Previous front-line / front-counter customer service experience

• Commercial Acumen: To understand the value of our package, products, and solutions.

• Full Driver’s Licence

• A Forklift license (F endorsement) is advantageous
