The position:

  • Permanent, full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

  • ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate

  • Kaiako working with tamariki aged 3 to 5 years old

  • Working alongside and supporting the Centre Director in the daily running of the centre

  • Nurturing your team’s potential through care, mentoring and empowerment

  • Flexible duties depending on the centres needs including overseeing the centre when required

  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite

Leadership experience is essential in this dual role. You will have excellent customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable with a growth mindset. When we meet you, be prepared to tell us about your leadership experience.
