We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead our daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Collaborating with chefs to develop and refine menus

  • Managing group customers and overseeing front-of-house service

  • Overseeing purchasing, stock control, and cost management within budget

  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions

  • Ensuring the café meets all health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Keeping the dining and service areas clean, well-maintained, and presentable

  • Engaging with customers to assess satisfaction and resolve feedback proactively

  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating kitchen and service staff

  • Managing reservations, welcoming guests, and assisting with order taking when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma in a management-related field, a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or at least two years of relevant management experience

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities

  • A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to anticipate guest needs

  • A strong commitment to food safety, occupational health, and hygiene standards

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a professional approach to work
