Location: Pongakawa, Bay of Plenty
Pay Rate: $29 – $35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience OR Level 4 Qualification

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily retail store operations.
  • Supervise staff, prepare rosters, and allocate work duties.
  • Recruit, train, and support store staff to meet performance standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, labelling, and merchandising of products.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain sales records, cash handling, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations.
  • Implement promotional activities and sales strategies.
  • Monitor store performance and report operational issues to management.
