Position Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Manukau, Auckland
Pay Rate: $29 – $35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience or Level 4 Qualification

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily customer service operations at the car wash site.
  • Manage staff rosters, task allocation, and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Train staff in customer service procedures and service quality standards.
  • Monitor service delivery times and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the service area.
  • Prepare basic operational and staff performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with centre management and resolve operational issues.
