About the Role

Cornerstone International Group Ltd is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead and deliver digital systems and technology platform projects supporting our property development, construction, sales, and bespoke interior fit-out operations in New Zealand.

The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of ICT projects that support the full property lifecycle, including development planning, construction coordination, sales and customer management, and interior customisation workflows. This includes the implementation and localisation of third-party digital platforms, and the integration of CRM systems, sales platforms, customer engagement tools, project reporting systems, and internal operational systems.

You will work closely with senior management, development and construction teams, sales teams, and external ICT vendors to ensure technology solutions are delivered efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ICT projects from planning through to implementation and handover, supporting property development, construction, sales, and interior customisation operations.

Analyse business and operational requirements and translate them into structured ICT project plans, delivery schedules, and implementation activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders across executive management, development, construction, sales, and operations teams to prioritise and deliver digital initiatives.

Engage and manage external ICT vendors, system integrators, and developers to configure, extend, and integrate CRM systems, sales platforms, customer management tools, and operational reporting systems.

Oversee system delivery and integration workflows, including data flows, system interfaces, security controls, backup processes, and system reliability.

Ensure ICT projects comply with New Zealand data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Manage project governance activities including risk management, issue resolution, change control, and performance monitoring.

Lead technology initiatives supporting the enhancement of the company’s digital platforms, including online sales functionality, customer selection and interior customisation modules, and user experience optimisation.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, progress reports, risk registers, and post-implementation reviews, ensuring smooth transition into operational use.


Skills and Experience

Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager delivering complex digital or systems integration projects.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM systems, system integration, and data management.

Demonstrated experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Solid knowledge of project governance, risk management, and structured delivery methodologies.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Experience supporting property development, construction-related, or project-based business environments is highly regarded.
