Roskill Air Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing HVAC and mechanical services team. This role involves electrical and control works across workshop and site-based projects, supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning and ventilation systems.

At Roskill Air Solutions Ltd we support our customers by providing end-to-end HVAC solutions, including the supply and integration of key mechanical plant such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, chilled beams, electric heaters, and boilers. Our team works closely with building owners, designers, consultants, and mechanical contractors to deliver practical, efficient, and reliable solutions that add real value to their projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support electrical and control design for HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, heat pumps, VAV boxes, and associated plant
  • Workshop wiring, termination, and assembly of HVAC equipment, control panels, isolators, sensors, actuators, and MCC interfaces
  • Site installation of power and control wiring, containment, isolators, and control devices
  • Electrical testing, inspections, fault finding, and commissioning support in accordance with New Zealand standards
  • Liaise with mechanical engineers, project managers, commissioning agents, and external consultants
  • Complete electrical documentation, test records, and compliance certificates
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping on all projects

About You

  • Proven experience in electrical works within HVAC or mechanical services environments
  • Strong technical capability with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
  • Sound knowledge of New Zealand electrical regulations and safety standards
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices
