Scot Thrust is on the lookout for a skilled Truck / Digger Operator to join the team. The role involves operating machinery on a variety of civil and drilling projects, supporting day-to-day site works, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of outcomes. Applicants should have proven experience with diggers and trucks, a strong focus on safety, and a reliable work ethic. Class licences and machine operating tickets are an advantage.

You'll need to understand the importance of looking out for the safety of your workmates, the environment, public and yourself. We are looking for someone who is punctual, can work in a team, is able to work unsupervised and has the ability to use a tablet and apps.

This is a permanent full-time role in Auckland North Shore.

Experience and attributes:
• A solid work ethic—show up, dig deep, and crack a joke while you're at it
• WTR endorsements
• A full, clean driver's license - Class 2 added advantage!
• At least 1 year solid experience as a digger operator - Civil Industry preferred
• Strong Health & safety culture
• Confident and competency
• Flexible and adaptable with the environment – working in all weather conditions and various locations
• Physical fit to help labouring when required.
• Pass pre-employment drug testing.

To be eligible for this role, you must be:

  • A NZ resident or hold a valid NZ work visa
  • A holder of a current NZ Drivers Licence
