Scot Thrust seeks a capable Civil Administration Assistant with solid Health & Safety experience. The role supports project delivery through accurate documentation, scheduling, compliance tracking and effective communication across site and office. The successful applicant will carry out a mix of office and field tasks to support the smooth, efficient operation of the business. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining database and spreadsheet records, reviewing internal systems to ensure best practice, and helping educate staff on updated procedures. The role also coordinates and implements management directives, maintains contact with clients and suppliers, and provides support to the Office Manager and Traffic Management teams as needed. In addition, this position may be asked to assist with practical tasks such as driving company vehicles, making deliveries, collecting materials, and providing general on-site support during busy periods.

Health, safety and environmental duties include identifying and reporting hazards, completing required documentation, and following all applicable processes such as Daily Risk & Hazard assessments, Permit to Dig, As-builts, Work Pack initiators, Health & Safety Plans and Site-Specific SQE Management Plans to maintain a safe, compliant work environment
