City Produce Ltd is a leading provider of fresh produce, committed to quality and excellence. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Night Manager to oversee our night operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise night shift staff and ensure smooth operations

  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfilment

  • Enforce company policies and health and safety standards

  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and management

  • Resolve operational issues arising during the shift

  • Maintain accurate reports and records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills

  • Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
