Job tasks and responsibilities
 Develop Key relationships with all customer bases to drive and grow business
 Increase the distribution of our brands in New Zealand.
 Create comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals.
 Design and implement multi-channel advertising campaigns and develop
policies to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
 Set clear objectives for each campaign, tying them to sales targets.
 Allocate resources effectively across different advertising initiatives.
 Review target customer performance, conduct regular business review
meetings
 Visiting key customers regularly.
 Provide expert consultation on effective advertising approaches and tailor
advice to specific client needs or company objectives.

 Present recommendations based on the data collected to reach target
markets and develop strategies to increase consumer awareness of
products/services.
 You will be responsible for assessing pricing, distribution and merchandising
to drive an increase in revenue and volume.
 Provide creative strategies and solutions to further grow sales in each region
 Providing weekly reports.
 Oversee the entire campaign production process and handle media
placement to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
 Regularly call on all assigned customers to promote and sell assigned
products through consultative selling and strategic negotiation.
 Collect and analyse data on consumer behaviour/preferences and forecast
future trends based on current data and market conditions.
 Conduct thorough market research for new and existing products to collect
and interpret relevant statistical information.
 Create marketing policies that support overall company strategy along with
monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
 Provide guidance on optimal product mix for different market segments and
design effective selling strategies for various products/services.
 A professional appearance and attitude are essential to be able to
communicate at all levels of a business.
These responsibilities require a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, strategic
planning, and effective communication to drive marketing success and support
overall business objectives.

Skills and experience

 You have relevant Retail/FMCG experience OR a minimum Bachelors degree
 Fluent in English.
 You have a Full/restricted NZ class 1 DL or equivalent overseas license.
 Able to drive out of town and can drive long distances.
 You have great planning and organization skills and you are TRULY passionate about Sales & helping people and businesses grow.
 You are expected to be opportunistic, self motivated, enthusiastic and have a
good customer relationship skills.
 You think BIG & like to celebrate your successes.
