Co-Newhouse Limited is a dynamic construction company. As we continue to grow, we
are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team and support
our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including AP/AR, payroll
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with NZ accounting standards and IRD obligations (GST, PAYE, etc.)
  • Liaise with external accountants and management to streamline accounting
    processes
  • Manage invoicing, receipts, and payment tracking efficiently

About You:

  • Relevant Level 4 qualification in Accounting or Business Administration, or at least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • No criminal record, no drug history
