We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Replenishment / Inventory Assistant for a full-time temporary assignment with a large health organisation based in Grafton. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience working in inventory, stores, or supply chain environments, particularly within healthcare.

This is a 1-3 month temp assignment, starting ASAP and working full time hours (Mon-Fri).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and replenish stock to approved levels as defined in the Oracle Inventory System
  • Unpack, check, and receipt deliveries to agreed store locations in a timely manner
  • Perform regular stock counts in line with schedules generated by Oracle
  • Upload stock count results accurately and on time
  • Manage inter-sub inventory transfers to minimise expired or slow-moving stock
  • Undertake Internal Sales Orders promptly where applicable
  • Ensure correct stock rotation to prevent write-offs
  • Maintain accurate labelling of all stock locations
  • Ensure stock is stored in the correct shelf locations
  • Keep designated shelf and store areas clean and tidy
  • Assist with new product introductions, product changes, or recalls as directed
  • Support the integrity of the Oracle Inventory System through accurate data management
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Team Leaders regarding servicing, maintenance, and continuous improvement opportunities

About You

  • Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or stores (healthcare experience desirable)
  • Comfortable working with inventory systems (Oracle experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to follow policies, procedures, and scheduled processes
  • Good communication skills and a proactive team player
  • Physically capable of unpacking and handling stock deliveries
