Jenny Liu Periodontist Limited is a specialist periodontal practice located in Remuera, Auckland. We provide specialist periodontal and dental hygiene services in a professional, patient-focused environment.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies that promote the practice’s specialist dental services, strengthen referral networks, and increase patient engagement. The role supports business growth through brand management, digital marketing, data analysis, and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote specialist dental and periodontal services

  • Manage digital marketing platforms including website content, SEO, online listings, and social media channels

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement activities

  • Analyse marketing data, patient enquiry trends, and campaign performance

  • Maintain and develop professional referral relationships with dentists, healthcare providers, and local partners

  • Coordinate communication materials including brochures, online content, and patient information

  • Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and performance summaries

  • Work with management to improve marketing processes and service delivery

Terms and Conditions

 Location: Remuera, Auckland
 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
 Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week
 Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Skills & Experience Required

  • New Zealand Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or sales

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content management, and customer engagement

  • Ability to analyse data and prepare reports to support business decisions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

  • Experience in healthcare, professional services, or regulated industries is preferred

  • Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage for patient and referrer communication
