Xincheng International (xincheng.co.nz) is a New Zealand education and immigration services organisation supporting international students, families, and partners across New Zealand, China, and other global markets. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, support international promotion, and contribute to the growth of our NZ‑aligned education pathways.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for NZ and international markets
  • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website content, and online campaigns
  • Produce bilingual (English/Chinese) marketing materials and digital content
  • Conduct market research on NZ education pathways, target audiences, and competitor activity
  • Represent the company in China and other markets for promotional visits and partnership development
  • Build and maintain relationships with education providers, agents, and partner institutions
  • Prepare marketing documents, information packs, and promotional resources
  • Coordinate marketing projects and support communication between NZ and international partners

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • New Zealand Bachelor or above is required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand promotion, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work confidently within NZ’s multicultural education environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience producing digital content and promotional materials
  • Cross‑border marketing or international education experience is an advantage
