·       Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for matters relating to the company's operations.

·       Collate information, conduct research and produce high-quality reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence, and other regular documents

·       Ensure the confidentiality of files and documents related to personal errands, client projects, contracts, supplier agreements, etc.

·       Provide secretarial support for the company's management and trade workers as needed, including attending meetings, taking accurate meeting minutes, and effectively managing appointment schedules alongside arranging for travel logistics

·       Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, review, prepare and format emails and letters, and maintain physical and digital records for manager and trade workers

·       Answer and filter incoming calls and visitors, take massages and manage queries.

·       Transcribe dictations of letters and other documents from the company's management and trade workers, ensuring accuracy and prompt execution.
