Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in-store and respond to basic online enquiries

  • Provide product information and assist customers with fragrance selection

  • Process sales transactions using POS and EFTPOS systems

  • Pack and prepare online orders for dispatch

  • Receive, unpack, label, and display stock

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the retail and packing areas

  • Assist with basic inventory checks and stock rotation

  • Follow store policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • No formal qualifications or prior experience required

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

  • Interest or basic knowledge of perfumes or retail products is an advantage

Working Conditions

  • Rostered shifts including weekends as required

  • Combination of customer-facing retail work and online order fulfilment

  • Training provided on the job
