Seeking Class 5 Drivers to work for a leading logistics company during their high-demand season. Immediate start, $30 p/h.

Lowie is seeking experienced Class 5 Drivers to join our client’s team working with the retail and FMCG teams in Auckland. These are casual on-call roles ideal for skilled drivers who are ready to hit the road during this high-demand season.

  • Monday – Sunday roster (approx. 10 – 14 hour days)

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating a truck and trailer or B-train, including tight dock reverses, with safe and efficient handling

  • Transporting goods across Auckland (occasional travel outside the area may be required

  • Unloading and moving pallets, opening and closing curtains

  • Completing daily checks and adhering to safety protocols

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License

  • Swing lift experience person

  • DG & Forklift Licence is preferred

  • Proven experience in operating a truck and trailer/B-train, including reversing

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Applicants must be willing to provide a Ministry of Justice criminal history check, attend and pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen, and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
