Job Summary
Product Assemblers – Electrical & Electronic Assemblers are responsible for assembling components and sub-assemblies used in the mass production of a wide range of products. These include jewellery and precious metal articles, joinery products, metal products, electrical and electronic equipment, automotive components, and other manufactured goods. The role operates within a factory or production line environment and requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities / Main Tasks
● Interpret work orders, specifications, diagrams, and technical drawings to determine
assembly instructions and materials required
● Gather, organise, and align parts and components prior to assembly
● Assemble components and sub-assemblies by hand or using power tools, soldering
equipment, or micro-welding equipment
● Bolt, screw, rivet, solder, or otherwise fasten components together according to
specifications
● Inspect completed sub-assemblies to ensure they are securely connected and meet required quality standards
● Identify and resolve assembly issues or defects and report concerns where necessary
● Ensure components are prepared for further stages of the production line
● Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with health and safety

Employment Details
● Preferred Start Date: 1 March 2026
● Location of Work: Onehunga, Auckland
● Hours and Days: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
● Starting Pay Rate: $25.75 per hour
Pre-Employment Requirements
● Drug Testing: Yes (mandatory)
● Criminal Convictions: Applicants with minimal criminal convictions may be considered,
excluding theft-related offences
