About the Role
Lianhua Supermarket is looking for an Advertising Specialist to plan and manage advertising and marketing activities. This role supports sales growth, promotes our products and services, and helps develop our business.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Plan and organise advertising policies and campaigns to increase sales
- Advise management on advertising strategies to reach target customers
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, including design, writing, media planning, and placement, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
- Analyse customer data to understand buying behaviour and preferences
- Study and predict current and future market and consumer trends
- Research market demand for new and existing products
- Collect and analyse market research and statistical data
- Support business growth through marketing plans, policies, and programs
- Arrange and carry out market research to identify new business opportunities
- Advise on marketing areas such as product selection, pricing, advertising, promotions, sales methods, and distribution channels
Skills and Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field, or At least 3 years of relevant work experience in commerce, business, marketing, or advertising
- Good analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with supermarket products and categories (such as groceries, fresh produce, and household goods), with an understanding of product promotion and marketing within a supermarket retail environment
What We Offer
- Salary between $70,000 and $90,000 per year
- Minimum of 30 hours of work per week
