About this role
We have an opportunity for a talented and passionate IT Support Administrator to join the team in office located Onehunga, Auckland.
This position will provide effective and efficient IT and system support administration onsite and/or remotely.
This is a full-time permanent position, 30 hours per week minimum and working from Monday to Friday.
You will be paid an hourly rate of $ 30-35 per hour depending on your experience.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible and detail-focused person with the ability to work with a wide range of people and technical issues, while juggling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities include:
· Providing technical support to staff via phone, email, and in person.
· Providing support for the website, all computers, printers, networks, and portable devices, troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
· Providing solution and supporting access to system login, development of a sport athlete point, and ranking system, and answer systems enquiries that occur on a day-to-day basis.
· Providing administration for permissions, directories and mailboxes.
· Managing user account, including new accounts, password management and action back-up procedures.
· Managing system/data alerts and resolutions.
About you
· You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in IT or similar
· At least 6 months of experience in an office environment troubleshooting PC hardware, printers and multifunctional devices.
· Experience with both cloud and on prem systems and software, Microsoft 365 and addons, One Drive, Azure and Veeam are all advantages for success in the role.
· You will have strong organisation and time management skills, good verbal and written English skills, and the ability to work under pressure, be resilient and always show good judgment.
· There will be some local and national travel required for on-site installations and support, and some on-call work is essential for the role.
