As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support brand development and ongoing marketing initiatives.
📌 About the Role
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing and brand promotion strategies to support the growth of Zemo Produce Limited’s mushroom products across retail, wholesale, and food service markets. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, supporting sales growth, and ensuring marketing activities accurately reflect the company’s products, quality standards, and operational capabilities. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 35–40 hours per week.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and brand promotion activities for Zemo Produce Limited, including company branding, product promotion, and market positioning within the fresh produce and food industry.

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to support mushroom products supplied to retail, wholesale, and food service customers, aligned with business objectives.

Create and manage marketing content and materials, including product introductions, brand stories, promotional visuals, and short-form videos related to mushroom products, cultivation processes, and food applications.

Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence, including social media platforms and other online promotional channels, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Prepare marketing materials to support business development activities, including product brochures, presentations, website content, and trade or customer-facing promotional materials.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the fresh produce and food industry to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product and brand growth.

Analyse marketing performance, audience engagement, and brand exposure using available data and feedback, and prepare reports and insights to support ongoing improvement of marketing strategies.

Collect, organise, and evaluate customer feedback, market information, and product-related insights to support continuous refinement of marketing activities and messaging.

Support communication with distributors, retail partners, and customers by preparing marketing support materials and promotional content aligned with commercial and distribution requirements.

Work closely with internal teams, including production and operations, to ensure marketing content accurately reflects product availability, quality standards, and the company’s production capabilities.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, with at least 3 years of work experience in a marketing-related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital content creation tools.
Basic video editing or simple graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe). -
Good understanding of customer behaviour and social media trends.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Creative, proactive and able to produce content independently.
