Steelie Specialist Limited is looking for Steel Fixers
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Your duties will be as follows but not limited to using hand and power tools to cut and bend bars or mesh, installations and tying of steel, reinforcing mesh and rods, building of special casts to keep setting concrete in place, fixing steel to concrete bases.You will also be loading and unloading materials and transporting them around the area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years previous experience as a Steel Fixer
• Ability to work with a site team
• Ability to read site plans & schedule jobs alongside management
• Physically fit
This is a full time and permanent position. Work up to 50 hours per week with minimum guaranteed 35 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm. Pay rates from $29 to $33 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
