These positions are located in Wellington CBD and are responsible for leading and implementing collective bargaining and engaging in employment relations work.

  • Previous experience working in employment relations in a senior or lead capacity 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of ER and IR
  • Previously lead or advised on collective bargaining
