Contract Administrator

We are a Auckland company. We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Christchurch Branch. This is a full time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

The Contract Administrator is responsible for administering, coordinating, and monitoring contracts and service agreements that support ACE Auto Parts Limited’s logistics, warehousing, importation, and distribution operations, ensuring that all contractual obligations are properly documented, monitored, and complied with in accordance with company policies and contractual requirements, and supporting the efficient delivery of logistics and operational services.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain supplier, service, and distribution contract documentation in an accurate, organised, and up-to-date manner.
  • Review contract terms and documentation to ensure alignment with the company’s retail, wholesale, and operational business processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and logistics staff, to support contract-related processes, documentation requirements, and record keeping.
  • Monitor contract compliance and ensure that all supporting records, approvals, and related documentation are properly maintained.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks relating to contracts, orders, and business documentation in support of ongoing operations.
  • Assist with preparing, updating, and maintaining contract variations, renewals, and amendments, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Compile and organise contract and operational information to support internal reporting and management review.
  • Support management in contract risk and process management by identifying administrative issues and maintaining effective contract control procedures.

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a Bachelor's qualification in any discipline.
