Manager

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee and coordinate daily store activities to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.

·      Lead, motivate, and support store teams, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

·      Recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff to deliver excellent service.

·      Manage merchandising and in-store product displays to maximise sales opportunities.

·      Liaise with suppliers and coordinate timely deliveries of stock, especially for perishables.

·      Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

·      Plan and execute promotional activities to drive store performance.

·      Control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimal wastage, particularly for perishable items.

·      Ensure the store is compliant with company policies, food safety regulations, and maintains the highest standards of hygiene.

·      Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and team performance for management review.

·      Promptly address and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth store operations.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of relevant experience.
