Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, with a focus on promoting our core products such as aluminium alloy doors and windows, canopies, louvre systems, and smart home solutions.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality promotional videos for use on social media, the company website, and client presentations.
- Design and produce print materials, such as product catalogs, brochures, and posters, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
- Oversee the design, update, and maintenance of the company website to optimize user experience and brand awareness.
- Utilize SEO and digital advertising strategies to increase website traffic and boost brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms with creative content to engage target audiences and enhance interaction. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and social media analytics to measure marketing performance and propose optimization strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segments and markets to create tailored marketing plans that attract potential clients.
- Establish and maintain partnerships, particularly in residential and commercial building sectors.
- Lead the marketing team, providing training and support to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to align marketing plans with company goals.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, track campaign expenses, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Requirements:
- You must either hold a Bachelor or higher qualification
or
- At least three year of relevant experience
Skills & Knowledge Preferred
- Attention to details
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media platform management, is preferred but not essential. We will provide training to you if you are the right candidate.
- Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and photography are preferred but, again, not essential. We will provide continuous development opportunities for you during your career with us.
