HVAC Technician

We are hiring an HVAC Technician in the Queenstown area.

We are a long-standing local company with good team culture and a strong forward workload.

Key duties of the HVAC Technician role:

·        Installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

·        Installation and maintenance of ducted ventilation systems.

·        Installation and maintenance of hydronic heating systems.

·        Reading and understanding building plans with the ability to follow them correctly.

·        On site communication with other stakeholders to maintain the flow of the installations.

·        Compliance with health and safety policies and practices.

·        Reporting to key management on site progress and other requirements.

Terms and conditions:

·        Permanent role of 40 hours per week to be worked between Monday to Friday.

·        Hourly wage between $38 to $42 depending on experience.

·        Work vehicle and phone provided.

Requirements:

·        Ability to work solo and manage time well.

·        Three years of relevant experience in a similar role in NZ or overseas.
