Position Title: Indoor Crop Production Supervisor

Pay Rate: $28 – $34 per hour

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience or Level 4 Qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily indoor crop production activities and staff.
- Monitor plant growth, nutrient programs, irrigation, and environmental conditions.
- Ensure consistent climate control within greenhouses or covered facilities.
- Implement pest and disease monitoring and control programs.
- Train workers in safe work practices and crop‑handling procedures.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work quality and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of crop performance and environmental data.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Oversee use and basic maintenance of controlled‑environment equipment.
