Position Title: Service Manager

Location: Ngaruawahia, Waikato
Pay Rate: $29 – $36 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across both cleaning and courier services.
  • Prepare staff rosters, allocate jobs, and monitor task completion.
  • Train and support staff to meet service quality and safety standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries, job bookings, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor performance, service timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
  • Coordinate equipment, vehicles, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain basic records, reports, and operational updates for management.
