Minimum Hours per week: 30 hours per week

Job duties:

• Studying plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures;
• Erecting and dismantling restricted height scaffolding;
• Sealing foundations with damp-resistant materials and spreading layers of mortar to serve as base and binder for blocks using trowels;
• Laying concrete in surfaces and shapes, and spreading mortar between joints;
• Embedding concrete blocks in mortar and removing excess mortar;
• Checking vertical and horizontal alignment;
• Shaping and polishing concrete using machines and hand tools, and shaping to fit irregular spaces;
• Repairing and maintaining cement blocks and related structures;

Job pre-requisites:

• At least two years of relevant experience is required.
• Being able to complete the job duties independently and within required timeframe.
• Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude.
• Being physically fit.
