DNS Maintenance Limited is a building and maintenance company which had been incorporated in 2010.

Currently, we operate in Auckland, Hamilton, and Whangarei maintaining residential and commercial properties. This role will require you to be based in one of the noted branches and travel amongst the 3 branches will also be required. 

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week - This is a permanent role  

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, filling, and sealing

  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

  • Mix and match paints to required colours

  • Follow plans, specifications, and client instructions

  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite

  • Comply with health and safety requirements

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2+ years’ relevant painting experience

  • Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good time management and attention to detail

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)

  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent practical experience

Additional Requirements

  • Vaild New Zealand Driver's Licence

  • Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
