We are looking for two class 2 truck drivers to join our team in Upper Hut, Wellington for waste

removal company.

Job tasks include

  • Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining the vehicle to a high standard
  • Safely operate one of our range of vehicles to collect refuse from residential or commercial
  • customers
  • Operate a truck to complete the daily collection
  • Checking trucks before to ensure they are safe to use.
  • Inspect vehicle for compliance with regulations
  • Follow safe driving protocols
  • Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • A valid clean Truck Driving License, experience is not compulsory.
  • If you have an offshore license, we must be satisfied that the applicant has the ability to get the license converted to New Zealand license.
  • Knowledge of new technology and GPS.
  • Drug-free.
  • Physically fit.

The applicant should be available for an early morning start

Pay rate - $25 - $30 per hour

We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.
