The Role

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing field staff and contractors, and ensuring all jobs are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong coordination skills, customer focus, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily service operations across multiple property maintenance jobs

  • Lead, schedule, and support field technicians and subcontractors

  • Liaise directly with clients to understand service requirements and ensure satisfaction

  • Ensure all work is completed to company quality, safety, and compliance standards

  • Monitor job progress, resolve on-site issues, and manage service escalations

  • Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and documentation

  • Improve service processes, efficiency, and resource allocation

  • Collaborate with management, administration, and sales teams to support business growth

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field

  • Proven experience in service management, property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
