Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician

Turbo Staff Limited is a well-established New Zealand accredited employer, supplying skilled tradespeople to major commercial and infrastructure projects across the country.

We are currently seeking experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technicians from South Africa who are interested in relocating to New Zealand for secure, long-term employment opportunities.

The Role

You will be working on predominantly commercial HVAC projects, with duties including:

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Mechanical services work and associated pipework

• Fault-finding, repairs, and routine maintenance

• Work on large-scale commercial HVAC systems and plant

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A recognised trade qualification (Red Seal / NQF Level 4 or higher), or completed apprenticeship.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant  experience

• Solid experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical services

• Good working English (for site and safety communication)

• A clean criminal record
