What you'll be doing

- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions
- Repair and maintain existing plasterwork
- Work with other tradespeople to ensure efficient and high-quality results
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Meet deadlines and complete tasks to a high standard and advise clients on suitable
products for their projects and prepare quotes for work
- clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
- mix and apply plaster to surfaces
- sand surfaces ready for painting

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in plastering
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials and must follow health and
safety regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical fitness and stamina
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- plastering methods, such as how to prepare a surface and apply plaster
- how to apply different flashing (to keep water out of building walls) and cladding
systems (to provide insulation and weather resistance)
