we are looking for a Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship
· Build and maintain a strong client relationship through trust and regularcontact by meetings, email and phone.
· Maintain strong relationships with project architects and engineers.
· Maintain string relationships with your peers.
· Meet with client at practical completion, complete a walk through and ensureclient sign off.
· Attending promptly to client maintenance.
Site Management
· Assisting with pricing variations with Manager
· Check plans (using Company checklist) and material report.
· Critical path planning, allocating subcontractors and updating schedule with Managers.
· Scheduling and ordering material via QS part of this role
· Ensuring client variations are correctly actioned and recorded
· Allocating sub contractual labour (if required)
· Meeting milestone billing targets set by the Company
· Overseeing maintenance period and organising subcontractors to attend tomaintenance promptly and following
up maintenance to ensure satisfaction ofclients.
· Such other duties as the company may from time to time direct.
Site Visitation
· Quality control checks and reports filled in and filed
· Booking and attending council inspections
· Booking and following up on independent inspections reports
· Photograph progress to supply to client and other Office based staff asrequired.
Key Performance Indicators
· Oversee each project is build on time, to budget and quality standard
· Client communications to be proactive: weekly phone calls to update progressand fortnightly site visits. OR what is agreed with client at sales/constructionhandover meeting.
Requirements:
At least 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above qualification relate to construction/project management
Strong ability to read plans and organise on-site operations
Excellent communication, time management, and team coordination skills
