TF Homes is a construction company based in Christchurch. We are expanding our presence in Chinese-speaking markets and are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, partnerships, and new project opportunities.

Please note: While our head office is in Christchurch, the Business Development Manager role is required in Auckland, where the majority of our projects are located.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote our services
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, investors, and contractors
• Represent the company at meetings, negotiations, networking events, and industry conferences
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential projects
• Provide regular sales and market reports to senior management
• Build strategic partnerships in target markets

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills

What We Offer

• $40–$50 per hour, depending on your experience and skills
• Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week
