Store Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time two (2) Store Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their selections and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Current Duty Manager's Certificate or LCQ or be able to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for customer service and a positive attitude.

What We Offer:

• Full-time permanent role with min of 30 hours per week in the Auckland Region
• $24-30 per hour, depending on your skills and experience
