The Role

  • Based in a busy office and part of an energetic, passionate team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day needs of your B2B clients and deliver exceptional service.

  • Work with clients across multiple sectors, including FMCG, with branded printed packaging that influences buyer behavior – the packaging you see on supermarket shelves!

  • Collaborate daily with internal and external teams, including Account Managers, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Finance and Warehousing, to ensure every order is delivered on-time, on-spec, and to the highest quality.

  • Take ownership of the order process from accurate ordering, specification confirmation (including artwork), through to product delivery, keeping clients informed every step of the way.

  • Generate and analyse sales and stock reports and action accordingly.

About You

  • Professional, clear telephone manner – confident when connecting with clients.

  • Advanced computer skills (including Excel), with high numeracy and accuracy in handling data.

  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player who willingly pitches in where needed.

  • Solutions-focused with a genuine excitement for using your initiative to solve problems.

  • Passionate about quality, service, and sustainability.

  • Previous experience in print, labels, packaging, or manufacturing is a plus, but attitude and enthusiasm matter most! A great sense of humour will ensure you fit in seamlessly!

  • Tertiary qualifications are advantageous (e.g., Food Science, Business, Marketing, Procurement) but not essential.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4.30pm – office-based role.
