About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the development, execution, and performance analysis of marketing strategies and campaigns. You will take ownership of our marketing activity across digital and offline channels, including managing social media, coordinating content and design assets, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Location: Auckland City, Auckland
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (typically 40 hours, Monday to Friday)
Pay Range: $30–$35 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

We are an Auckland-based construction company providing qualified, dependable, and experienced trade services to the construction industry. We deliver projects to a high-quality standard and take pride in the outcomes we achieve for our clients.
We are a mid-sized organisation including project management, inhouse quantity surveying, registered master building practitioners, and construction labourers. Due to business growth, we are expanding our team and are looking to appoint a full-time Marketing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely execution and consistent messaging for online publications and offline events.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, design coordination, and performance reporting.
- Develop and coordinate marketing content and design materials, working closely with the management team to ensure alignment with business priorities and brand standards.
- Lead the planning, organisation, and implementation of marketing collateral for campaigns and events.
- Plan and implement marketing activities that increase brand awareness and engagement across targeted regions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing or related fields.
- Minimum two years’ relevant recent experience in a marketing related role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience coordinating with international teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
- Understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies.
