Traffic Management Operative (TMO) – Civil Construction

We’re on the lookout for a TMO Certified Traffic Management Operative to join a well-established civil team working across live road and infrastructure projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around traffic management and takes pride in running safe, compliant sites.What you’ll be doing- Setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management- Working to approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)- Ensuring the safety of workers, road users, and pedestrians- Assisting crews on live road and civil construction sites- Identifying and responding to on-site hazardsWhat we’re looking for- Current TMO certification (essential)- Previous experience in traffic management or civil works- Good understanding of site safety and compliance- Reliable, proactive attitude and strong communication skills- Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 a bonus)What’s on offer- Ongoing work with consistent hours- Competitive pay based on experience- Opportunity to work on major civil and roading projects- Supportive team and well-run sites
