This position is only for New Zealand residents or citizens only. 

We are seeking a Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our vape retail  store in accordance with New Zealand regulations for age-restricted products. 

This role will include, but not limited to: 

• Plan, organise, and control the day-to-day operations of the retail store

• Recruit, train, supervise, and manage staff, including rostering and  performance 

• Ensure compliance with NZ vaping legislation, age-restricted sales, and health  & safety requirements 

• Manage stock levels, purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationships

• Monitor sales performance, budgets, and financial records 

• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards

• Ensure store presentation meets business and regulatory requirements Any  other tasks assigned by the manager

• Job type: Full-time Permanent 

• Number of positions for this job: 1 

• Pay rate: $24.00 per hour 

• Days required: 5-6 days/week 

• Hours per week: at least 30, maximum 55 hours/week 

The successful applicant must have the following: 

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Management AND A  Master’s degree in Management  

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills 

• Ability to work weekends and public holidays 

Preferred (but not essential): 

• Ability to speak a second language
