Commercial Cleaner

Job tasks and Responsibilities:

• Dusting ceilings, countertops, polishing furniture, fixtures, and light fittings.

• Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt.

• Vacuuming Carpets

• Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.

• Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment.

• Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.

• Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol.

• Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our client properties such as offices, recreation and sports centres and Schools etc.

• Cleans floors, rooms, cabins including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, burnishing, spot cleaning, glass cleaning, window cleaning etc.

• Remove rubbish, empty bins, waste bins, replaces liners.

• Sanitize appropriate areas as described in the job details.

• Polishing floors and maintain it as required.

• Any other duties that may be asked from time to time

Qualification or Work experience is not required for this role as full on the job training will

be provided.

Hours and Position:-

It is full time permanent job with minimum 30 hours + per week.

Hourly Pay Rate: -

$24.50 to $26 per hour.
