You will support customers, partners, and internal teams by managing enquiries, policy administration, and day-to-day operational tasks while delivering consistently high service standards.

Role description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide end-to-end support across customer enquiries and policy administration. You will manage renewals, adjustments, cancellations, and debt-related processes while working closely with finance, claims, risk, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities will include:

● Responding to customer and partner enquiries via phone and email

● Managing policy lifecycle activities including renewals and cancellations

● Supporting invoicing, debt management, and reporting processes

● Maintaining accurate records across systems and databases

● Assisting with general administrative and office functions

This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities:

● 2+ years experience in contact/call centre, administration, or insurance

● Strong communication skills and customer-first approach

● High attention to detail and organisational ability

● Confidence using systems and managing multiple workflows

● Team-focused mindset with a professional work ethic
